Overview: 

The company has been operational since 2017 (9 years) and in that time has grown to be a leading education consultancy and private tuition company in the UAE.
In that time, we have worked with over 2000 students and have taught over 25,000 hours (one-on-one).
The company has a contract with the Department of Community Development to provide tuition to certain regions in Abu Dhabi. This program is set to expand to multiple locations across the Emirate in the near future, with the company being able to gain easy access to these contracts. We were presented with an award for our contributions to the government project due to the success and response of the program within the first 6 months. We were highlighted as one of the major contributors to its success, having reached our annual target within the first 2 months.
The company also provides LAMDA qualifications to students at 3 of the leading schools in Abu Dhabi. This can be easily expanded.
We have a team of fully qualified and ADEK-approved teachers that can oversee and carry out all operations from private tuition to the Government projects and LAMDA classes.
We have 3 active social media channels with excellent engagement: 21k followers on TikTok with some videos reaching over 150k views, 1k plus subscribers on YouTube, and 650 on Instagram.
We support several homeschooling families globally.

Valid tenancy (with landlord agreeing to renew).
Valid and active ACTVET license.
VAT registration and certificate available.

ADEK-approved staff to carry out activities at schools.

Office and equipment: We also have an office in a prime location in Abu Dhabi that has been fit out to have classes and meetings (6 classrooms, lobby, kitchen, communal bathroom).
We have VR and AR devices that can be used in schools or classes (20,000 USD worth of equipment).
We have all the relevant textbooks and materials for students studying various subjects and curricula.
All our classes and offices are equipped to carry out classes, and no other investment would need to be made.
